Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to sign in waiver and to notify the instructor of any injuries or modifications needed to improve your experience.

Please wear comfortable work out clothes. Grip socks are required to be worn during sessions for your safety and hygiene (we sell them if you don’t have any…) There is one bathroom and one changing room on premises.

Please be aware that instructors use tactile cues in adjustments to help the clients to get a better alignment; if you are NOT comfortable being touched for corrections, please let the instructor know before the class starts.

We offer a wide range of instruction; from beginner-level through advanced. There is something for everyone!

PILATES GROUPS

PILATES GROUPS

Group classes range from the fundamentals of Pilates to advanced levels. Our classes are limited to 8 people, 1 person per machine, to ensure proper attention to each participant. We provide a unique style to our groups, from the instructors leading the session, the atmosphere of the studio, and ambient music selections.  It is our goal that every client finishes each class with satisfaction.
